This website draw-my-pet.com (the "Site") is operated by MarketLab ("we", "us", "our"). Any browsing or purchase — hereinafter the "Service" — implies your unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC"), as well as other policies available via hyperlink (privacy policy, return policy, etc.).

Any new features or tools added to the store will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time; the online version at the time of ordering will prevail.

ARTICLE 1 – TERMS OF USE

  1. You must be of legal age in your country of residence or have the authorization of your legal representative.

  2. Any unlawful use (counterfeiting, distribution of malicious code, etc.) is prohibited.

  3. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

ARTICLE 2 – ONLINE STORE

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse Service to anyone, at any time;

  • limit the quantities sold or cancel an order (especially in case of suspicion of resale).

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS & CUSTOMIZATION

  • Some items are personalized (name, image of the animal). In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in the case of non-conformity.

  • Product photos are indicative; minor variations in color or framing may occur.

  • Prices are expressed in euros including VAT and may be changed without notice.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER & PAYMENT

  • The order is considered concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email.

  • Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Card information is never stored by MarketLab.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

  • The delivery times indicated on the Site are indicative. A tracking email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

  • The risk is transferred to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

ARTICLE 7 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

You benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (24 months) and hidden defects (art. 1641 C. civ.).

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The Site is provided "as is". MarketLab cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or service interruptions attributable to external causes (network failure, force majeure, etc.).

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (text, images, logos, algorithms) is protected. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA & COOKIES

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts will be those of MarketLab's registered office.
